The Iowa State Cyclones used a 13-3 second-half run to propel themselves to a 79-59 win over Kansas
State in women’s basketball at Bramlage Coliseum Saturday night.
Iowa State had three players score in double figures led by nikki Moody with 20 points and 12 assists. Breanna Lewis led the Wildcats with 15 points.
K-State fell to 11-5 overall and 1-4 in the Big 12, while the Cyclones improved to 12-4 and 3-2.
