HOXIE- Two people were injured in an accident just before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday in Sheridan County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Kia driven by Brandy Renee Yoshida, 29, Grainfield, was west bound on 110 South Avenue ten miles south of Hoxie.

The driver lost control of the vehicle and it rolled into the north ditch.

Yoshida and a passenger Winter R. Kroeker, 5, Grainfield were transported to the Sheridan County Health Complex.

The KHP reported both were properly restrained at the time of the accident.
