The Junction City Blue Jay wrestling team finished fourth in the Salina South Invitational Saturday.

Coach Bob Laster said four Blue Jay wrestlers captured individual weight class championships. They included  Downey Woods at 138 pounds, Jake Bazan at 145, Jeryl Denton at 152, and Aryus Jones at 160 pounds.  All four of those wrestlers went 5-0 on the day.

Also for the Blue Jays, Max Bazan finished second at 106 pounds, Gabe Padilla fourth at 126, and Jaquan Robinson fifth at 170.

Colby won the team title with a score of 202, followed by Wichita Northwest at 190 points, Manhattan 187, and Junction City 182 points. There were 13 teams in the invitational.
