Blanche M. Stiffler, 89, of Junction City, passed away on January 7, 2015 at Geary Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Monday, January 12, 2015 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington Street with Pastor James Callaway officiating.  Burial will follow at Riley Cemetery, Riley, KS.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the chapel.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions have been designated to Cancer Research Fund, KSU Foundation, P.O. Box 9200, Shawnee Mission, KS 66201-1800.

The Londeen Funeral Chapel, Chapman announced the death of Viola Bemiss. She passed away December 31 at the Sterling House, Junction City at age 103.

Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Chapman United Methodist Church with Reverend Kenneth Trickle officiating. Burial will be in the Rinehart Cemetery south of Chapman.

The family will meet with Friday, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Londeen Funeral Chapel. The Funeral Chapel will be open for visitation beginning at 3 p.m. Friday.
