The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported the arrest of Eric P. Tabaka, Manhattan, on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Tabaka was arrested at the K-18 Bypass on a warrant issued by Riley County District Court.

The arrest was reported at 1:54 p.m. Monday.
