Kansas State Football Team on Short Holiday Break

The Kansas State Football team has taken a short holiday break this week.

The team practiced Tuesday morning and was then allowed to leave for a short snyder 12-23holiday break Tuesday afternoon.

Bill Snyder said that the team was in need of a break.

“That’s what’s on their mind right now,” said Snyder. “When they come back I think they will have a mind set that is focused on the final preparation for the bowl game.”

The team will report back to Manhattan on Friday.

Snyder commented that so far bowl prep has gone as normal as usual.

“We’ve had some good practices, and some not so good. Our youngsters have worked hard, and I appreciate that a great deal. The focus has been pretty good most of the time. I think we’re making a little headway.”

Kansas State will take on UCLA January 2nd in San Antonio, Texas in the Valero Alamo Bowl.
