United Way of Junction City – Geary County has announced the beginning of the second annual “No Shave November” to support the United Way fundraising campaign.

Gentlemen may register for a fee of $25 sent to United Way, P.O. Box 567, Junction City, KS 66441, and by submitting their contact information along with a “beginning” photo to director@unitedwayjcgc.org.

The contest will run from Nov. 1 to Dec. 1.  Final judging will take place, and prizes will be awarded for Best Beard, Worst Beard, and Most Creative Beard.

Proceeds from the event will help support 15 local service organizations in Junction City and Geary County.
