Junction City police have reported the arrest of Willie Lee Allen Jr., 44, Junction City, on suspicion of Rape and Indecent Liberties with a Minor.  The arrest occurred at 3:59 a.m. Tuesday at Armour Eckridge at 1920 Lacy Drive.

–Troy Steven Hardy , 45, Junction City, on suspicion of Domestic Battery at 311 East Ash Street
