Milford Lake is considered clear with no restrictions for blue green algae in place.

The Corps of Engineers issued that information Thursday following tests this week by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

Sample results for this week recorded the lowest level of blue green algae cells this year after being placed in an Advisory or Warning level for 19 consecutive seeks.

The Advisory level north of Farnum Creek at Milford Lake has been lifted.
