The Breakfast Optimist Club in Junction City will be conducting a fundraiser Thursday evening from 5-8

p.m. at Freddy’s Frozen Custard on East Chestnut Street.

The club will earn a portion of each guest’s total bill for hosting that evening.

The money will go to support sponsorships of youth activities in Geary County. Some include the Junction City High School marching band trip to the Alamo Bowl, I.C.A.R.E. Intergenerational activities, Foster Child Christmas Project, Fort Riley Special Needs Rodeo, and Geary County Girls Softball.
