The Great Plains Theater show “Shout! The Mod Musical opens Friday night at Chapman High School.

Showtime is 7:30 p.m.for the show, which is part of the theater’s 20th anniversary season. It is a journey through the 1960s, with hit pop songs of the era including Son of a Preacher Man, I Only Wanna Be With You, and You Don’t Have to Say You Love me, and Wishin and Hopin.

The show will continue Saturday evening at 7:30, and Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. It will also be performed next week Tuesday through Sunday…7:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday evenings, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday Oct. 19.
