Richard B. Fink, 76, of Milford, KS passed away at his residence on October 7, 2014. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, October 13, 2014 at the Faith Lutheran Church, 212 N. Eisenhower Dr., Pastor Cynthia Schnaath will officiate.

A private family inurnment will take place with full military honors at Kansas Veterans’ Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been designated to the Faith Lutheran Church.
