Prominent actor,  comic, voice-over artist, singer, impressionist, and former Miss California Donna Cherry will be performing at the C. L. Hoover Opera House next Saturday Oct. 4 at 7:30 p.m.

The show, Trophy Girls, is a one-woman show that is a salute to women who have won all kinds of trophies . It features the winners of the Oscars, Grammys and Tonys as well as the time-honored gals of our lives, from “good ole mom” to fabled trophy wives ( being a wife and a mother of two sons herself ).

Donna portrays mroe than 35 characters with impersonations of celebrity voices from Madonna to Streisand, and sings in her own voice.

Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for military and seniors 65 and older, and $12 for students 18 and under. You can purchase tickets by calling the Box Office at 785-238-3906 or go online on the Opera House website.

In addition, during her visit to Junction City Donna Cherry will conduct a Master Class at 2 p.m. Sunday where she will share her experiences and insights into what it takes to succeed in the world of comedy.
