KSHSAA Out with 2014-2015 Classifications

kshsaaThe Kansas State High School Activities Association has released the 2014-2015 classification for high schools with enrollment totals.

Junction City High School remained a member of Class 6A.  As of Sept. 22 JCHS had an enrollment of 1,767 students in ninth through twelfth grades combined. That was the 14th largest high school enrollment in Kansas.

Manhattan High School had a ninth through twelfth grade enrollment of 1,693 students, the 17th largest enrollment total.

Among the different enrollment changes for 2014-2015 in Kansas one involved Wichita West moving from Class 5A up to 6A, and Overland Park – Blue Valley West going from 6A down to 5A.
