Hazel Mae Buick, Junction City, passed away September 10th at Geary Community Hospital at age 74.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, September 15th at the First Baptist Church, Junction City with Pastor James Calloway officiating.  The family will have a private burial of the ashes.

Memorials may be given to Knights Templar Eye Foundation or Special  Olympics in care of the Londeen Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 429 Chapman, Ks 67431 in charge of arrangements.
