The 11 and under Junction City Brigade baseball team finished third in the USSSA 11 UAA World Series in Omaha, Nebraska July 9-12.

The winner was from Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The only loss for the Junction City team came against the runner-up squad from Shawnee, Kansas by one run in extra innings.
