Call Center Hiring Progressing

Advanced Call Center Technologies will apparently be ramping up the number of employees ACCT BUILDINGhired at their Junction City call center.

That information was provided by Chamber of Commerce CEO Tom Weigand this week.

The company occuppied the former Capgemini call center building on South Spring Valley Rd.

Weigand said the Chamber had received information that Advanced Call Center Technologies  had hired some very high quality employees, “and there’s a lot of them that have filled out applications, are going to interview, and train.”

Weigand also said, “They say that they’re going to be ramping up a lot faster than they initially thought they could here.”

The initial plan reported for the company was to be at the 150-employee staffing level by the end of the year, 325 within the second year of operation, and eventually up to 625 in year five.
