MANHATTAN—A Kansas man was injured in a Friday crash in rural Pottawatomie County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a Ford F350 pickup driven by Brad D. Anderson, 48, Lindsborg, was southbound on K-99 just north of Beulah Road.

The truck’s passenger side wheels dropped off the west side of the roadway. The overcorrected, came back on the roadway, crossed all lanes of traffic and left the east side of the roadway. The truck slid down the embankment, overturned several times and went through a fence before coming to rest in a field.

Anderson was transported to the hospital in Manhattan.

The KHP reported he was properly restrained at the time of the accident.
