Junction City Middle School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director Dave Martinez is moving

for the next school year.  He will become the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Eisenhower Middle School in Manhattan.

 

“I loved my job here in Junction City and I really wasn’t looking to go anywhere else.  It came open and a few folks had told me about it so I kind of inquired about it and went on ahead and applied and see what they had to offer. Everything kind of fell into place so I went on ahead and accepted that position.

Martinez has spent five years at Junction City Middle School. Before that he was a physical education teacher and English Language Learner instructor at Junction City High School, and also served as the Blue Jay head baseball coach while he was at JCHS.
