USD 475 will implement online enrollment for returning students in late May. To participate in the process you will need access to Skyward Family Access, the district’s online student information system.

The District’s Communication Coordinator, Hugh Davis, said if parents or guardians do not have access to Skyward Family Access already they need to visit their student’s school to have an account set up. An official photo ID will be required before a school can issue a username and password to Skyward.

If parents are unable to complete the process online, they may visit their child’s school for assistance in completing the enrollment process.

The registration process does not entirely complete the student’s fall enrollment for the 2014-15 school year. Parents or Guardians should be aware that:

–If a student transfers into the district or into their current school, they will still need to go to the school to obtain a transfer form.

–Textbook rental fees will be assigned later in the summer and may be paid online or via your school office when they open in August.

–Child nutrition packets, including applications for free and reduced meals, will be available online beginning July 14.

–if parents would like to make additions to their child’s emergency contact information, they will need to visit their student’s school office.

As the current school year nears an end, parents or guardians should make sure they have access to Skyward Family Access before the school year ends, and sign up for 475 Alerts to receive text messages for additional updates on enrollment throughout the summer.

New students to USD 475 will enroll at their school during school hours or during walk-in enrollment in August.
