The Red Cross blood drive in Junction City on Thursday and Friday exceeded its goal for both days.

According to Tom McRae, Coordinator, 69 units of blood were collected on Thursday, just above the goal of 68 for that day. On Friday 44 units were collected, topping the goal of 38 for that day.

The blood drive was held at the Junction City Municipal Building.
