Despite the strong winds and storms that rolled across the state on Wednesday there have been no reports of significant damage. Power was out briefly to Weststar customers.

Only one injury was reported. A semi-truck was blown off I-70 Wednesday night near Salina. The driver was hospitalized.

Logan, Ford and Meade Counties reported hail. The strongest wind gusts, 58-60 miles per hour were reported in Norton and Phillips Counties.
