The Junction City Lady Jay and Blue Jay track teams both finished fourth in their brackets of competition at the Maize Invitational on Friday.

The Lady Jays finished with 56 team points. Garden City won the meet with 213. The Blue Jay boys scored 52 points. Maize won the team title with 157.

In the individual competition for the Blue Jay boys:

–Isiah Taylor second in the 800 meter run in 2:06.59

–Jeff Dorval third in the 110 meter high hurdles in 16.40

–Scott Keith second in the high jump at 6’2″

For the Lady Jays:

–Samonte Jones second in the 100 meter hurdles in 17.19, and second in the 300 meter intermediate hurdles in 51.70

–Myrissa Humphreys first in the 300 meter intermediate hurdles in 50.11

–Rosie Hollis second in the 800 meter run in 2:29.02
