The Bradley Gym at Saint Xavier School was the site of a large turnout for the annual auction to support the Saint Xavier School.
Auction spokesperson Honey Grant called the turnout excellent. “In fact this is the most people that we’ve had in several years, so the numbers are up.”
One of the higher selling items was a 250 Suzuki 4-wheeler provided by City Cycle Sales. Grant reported it was purchased by Don Ross for $4,000. Baskets from teacher’s classes, and a street sign to name the street coming into the school were the many items sold during the auction.
The fundraising total is not yet available, but the goal was to raise $100,000.
The money raised supports the Saint Xavier school operations.
