Nikki Davies is resigning from the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce Activities Director position. She will leave the job March 21 and begin work as a marketing and public relations specialist for Geary Community Hospital on March 24.

Davies called the move a career opportunity she couldn’t pass up. She noted leaving the Chamber post will be difficult. “But the good thing is that I will still be in the community, I’ll still be around and see all the folks.” Davies added she has formed many relationships in the past four years so her departure will be with very mixed emotions.
