Junction City detectives arrested Larry Lamathis Anderson, 25, Manhattan, at 4 p.m. Thursday on suspicion of 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Kidnapping, and Conspiracy. He was booked into the Geary County Jail, and will have a first appearance in Geary County District Court on Friday.

The identity of the victim in the case has not been verified, but Brown confirms the victim matches the description of Amanda Clemons, 24, Junction City. She was last seen leaving the Budget Host Motel, room 112, at 820 South Washington Street late last Friday night, and was observed being placed in a silver in color vehicle that was occupied by two black males and two black females.

Junction City Detectives worked with FBI Agents and developed information that led them to execute a search warrant on Ft. Riley. Subsequent interviews conducted by authorities led them to the remote location in rural Geary County where the body of a female was discovered Wednesday night.

Arrested earlier in the case were Marryssa Monyque Middleton, 22, from the state of Colorado on suspicion of 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Kidnapping, and Conspiracy plus Drexel Alexander Woody, 23, Ft. Riley on suspicion of Aiding and Abetting a 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Kidnapping, and Conspiracy.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Saturday in Kansas City on the victim in this case.
