FORT RILEY, Kan. – The Victory Chapel will be dedicated at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 13 at the Victory Chapel, located in the Forsyth neighborhood at 2560 Trooper Drive. The dedication will include remarks and a ribbon-cutting
ceremony.
“After waiting about a year for its completion, the new chapel will allow for more religious education and larger combined services,” said Chap. (Col.) Harry Rauch, Fort Riley garrison chaplain.
The chapel will assist chaplains in helping to strengthen the Fort Riley community through spiritual resiliency, he added.
