Allegiant has announced it will end its scheduled service from Manhattan Regional Airport.

The Las Vegas-based carrier’s last day of service in Manhattan will be Feb. 23. Customers with reservations beyond that date will be contacted directly by Allegiant for full refund.

Allegiant had just begun their service from the Manhattan Regional Airport on Nov. 7, 2013, with direct flights to and from the Phoenix – Mesa, AZ airport.

In a news release Eric Fletcher, Allegiant Travel Co. Manager of Airports stated, “We are always disappointed to end service in a market. He also added, “We thank Manhattan Regional Airport for their partnership and apologize to any travelers who are inconvenienced by this decision.”
