Thursday Night Traffic Stop Leads to Two Drug Related Arrests

Geary County Sheriff’s Authorities reported Friday the arrest of two men in a drug case late Thursday night on I-70.

The Sheriff’s Office says Frank Crudo and James Driggers, both of Hendersonville, North Carolina were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp. Driggers was also arrested on suspicion of defective tail lamp.

Sheriff Tony Wolf says a vehicle and camper trailer were also confiscated,”Kind of a newer ford pickup and either a 32 or 34 foot camper trailer on the back of it.”

Wolf said that several bundles of marijuana were found in the camper,”there for the the camper and the truck were seized in this arrest.”

The arrests occurred at milepost 295 on the interstate just before midnight Thursday.
