Riley County and Geary County police dispatch are both confirming accidents on I-70 near milepost 322 in Riley County.

The RCPD said an estimated seven to 14 cars are in the ditch, and there are believed to be four non-life threatening injuries.  The accident occurred in the westbound lane of the interstate.

Geary County dispatch confirms I-70 is “a sheet of ice” from milepost 316 in Geary to about milepost 330. That would extend from Geary to the Wabaunsee County area.

Traffic is moving slowly in the westbound lane.
