The Kansas Highway Patrol has reported that a 19-year old Hope woman Alissa R. Lauxman was taken to Herington Medical Center for treatment of a possible injury following a one vehicle rollover accident on Tuesday.

KHP stated that Lauxman was westbound in a Pontiac Grand Am on K4 one and a half miles west of Carlton in Dickinson County, swerved to miss a deer, and entered the south ditch where the car rolled, coming to a rest on its roof.

The accident was reported at 7:14 a.m. Tuesday.
