Junction City police have reported the arrest of Thomas William Nee, 25, Ashland, Ohio on I-70 at mile marker 316 eastbound. That is several miles east of  Junction city.

They reported Officers conducted a traffic stop on the interstate, and  that Neel was arrested on suspicion of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Drug Tax Stamp, and Following Too Close.
