One of Junction City’s Top Ten Most Wanted, Roy Anthony Jones,44,  was arrested Thursday evening at the Red Carpet Inn at 110 E. Flinthills Blvd. in Grandview Plaza.

That information has been confirmed by both the Junction City Police Department and Grandview Plaza Police Chief Shawn Pierano.

The JCPD has reported that Jones has been wanted by the Geary County District Court for two counts of Felony Aggravated Failure to Appear and Felony Bond Violation.

Pierano confirms that Jones was arrested without incident.

Junction City police said they had forwarded a tip on Jones to Grandview Plaza police who were then able to apprehend him.
