The Manhattan Indians defeated Olathe East 2-0 in the semifinals of the Class 6A state soccer playoffs.  In the other match Overland Park – Blue Valley Northwest downed Derby 2-0.

The state tournament is being played at Al Simpler Stadium in Junction City.

Manhattan will play Blue Valley Northwest in the state championship match at two p.m. Saturday.  The consolation match between Olathe East and Derby will be played at noon.
