A husband and wife have been identified as the two people found dead in a apartment in Grandview Plaza early Tuesday morning. 

Grandview Plaza Police Officers were dispatched to 921 Cannonview Lane, Apt 10 at approximately 5:05 a.m. Tuesday for a welfare check. The bodies of Steven Lee Gross, 24, and Pamela Christine Gross, 43, were found inside the apartment suffering from apparent gun shot wounds.

Authorities are not seeking additional suspects at this time and do not believe there is any ongoing danger to the community.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation along with Fort Riley are assisting the Grandview Plaza Police Department with the investigation. No other details are being released at this time.
