Three Lady Jays competed in the Class 6A state cross country meet Saturday at Rim Rock Farm near Lawrence.

Rosie Hollis led the way with a 25th place finish in 16:18.36.  She was followed by Deisjambro Bisio who finished 48th in 16:53.20, and Myrissa Humphreys who finished 50th in 16:53.94.

Lawrence Free State won the girls 6A state team title, while Manhattan won the 6A boys title. Manhattan finished sixth in the girls team competition.
