Trick or treaters rolled through Junction City Thursday night by the thousands.
Tim Brown, Junction City Police Chief, said that, “It was a very quite Halloween, everybody was very
well behaved.”
Only minor incidents were reported during the two hour trick or treat time according to Brown.
One report though was of a possible man with a gun near 4th and Webster however when officers responded it was unfounded Brown said,”The officers investigated that and were satisfied that nothing serious had occurred.”
Another incident included a dog bite on Cedar Street that was considered a “very minor incident” by Brown.
The witches wail siren sounded precisely at eight o’clock signaling the end of trick or treating for another year.
