The Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has approved a revised agreement with Ventria Bioscience.

The Chamber’s economic development specialist Susan Jagerson said the company has been talking with the City and EDC on an amendment to their original development agreement…some of the milestones in it. “trying to extend the deadlines on those. ”

Jagerson added the company is looking at undertaking some major expansion and retooling. “And so they have just been working with the community in trying to get that agreement revised.”

The Chamber Board voted 10-0 for the revised agreement.
