Fans will be able to tune into ESPNU on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. to hear from all 10 of the Big 12 men’s head basketball coaches and selected student-athletes at the league’s Men’s Basketball Media Day at Kansas City’s Sprint Center.

The K-State contingent at Media Day wil include head coach Bruce Weber, senior guards Shane Southwell and Will Spradling, plus junior forward Thomas Gipson. Fans will be able to interact with the Wildcat players via social media as the trio will host a Twitter Takeover of @kstatesports during media day with use of instagram and Vine videos. The athletes will take fan questions via @kstatesports with the best ones getting selected for use on the platform.

The Wildcats open their 2013-2014 campaign on Friday Nov. 1 in an exhibition game with Pittsburg State at 8 p.m., while the season opener with Northern Colorado is set for Friday, Nov. 8 at 8 p.m.
