Spring Valley Elementary School 4th grade teacher Kelsey Mills is the 1420 KJCK October “Teacher of the Month.” She receives a recognition plaque from GTM Sportswear; gifts from the First National Bank and Trust Company; dinner for two at the Tyme Out Lounge and Steakhouse; a gift from Dick Edwards Auto Plaza; and a Meritrust $25 Visa Gift Card.
