The architect team of Ebert Mayor / PGAV has been selected for the new College of Business Administration building at Kansas State University.

Construction is expected to begin in September of 2014 and be completed in July of 2016.

The new home of the College of Business Administration will have 140,000 square feet of space featuring tiered classrooms, a large showcase lecture hall, computer labs, a financial research lab and an executive conference room.

The Ebert Mayo Design Group is a full-service architecture and design firm based in Manhattan that has an established relationship with Kansas State University. The firm’s work at the university includes the parking garage, renovations to the K-State Student Union, Seaton Hall and Calvin Hall, and the addition to the Chester E. Peters Recreation Complex.

PGAV is an architecture and planning firm with offices in Kansas City and St. Louis. The firm has been responsible for various projects at universities in the Midwest, including the business colleges at the University of Oklahoma and University of Arkansas, as well as the recent renovation at Justin Hall at Kansas State University.

Orazem & Scalora Engineering, based in Manhattan, will complete the team. The firm has worke on many projects on the Kansas State University campus, including renovations to Memorial Stadium.
