Junction City police are investigating a series of residential burglaries in the central part of the city. They have been occurring the past three weeks.

Police detective Trish Giordano confirmed they are not all concentrated in one area. “But there have been several residential burglaries.”

Giordano said the burglars have been taking valuables including jewelry and electronics, including kids games. She also noted the burglaries have been occurring in the daytime when people are at work.
