Apple released the new iPhone 5s and 5c Friday which sent customers flocking to there cell phone provider to get the latest piece of technology.
The Junction City Verizon store at 613 E Chestnut Street had a line of customers waiting outside before the shop opened this morning.
Brenda Hill, Spokesperson for Verizon, explained that costumers were lined up about 10 minutes before the store opened. “Customers are really excited that the new iPhone’s run in our network. They like the speed of the 4G LTE and the coverage that we have in Kansas.”
Lines were also reported in Manhattan this morning according to LittleApplePost.com,” Around 20 were gathered in front of Verizon, and 30 people outside At&t waiting for the stores to open.”
