Geary County Sheriff’s deputies have reported the arrest of three Springfield, Illinois men following a traffic stop on I-70 on the south side of Junction City.

The Sheriff’s Department reported that Steven M. Smith was arrested on suspicion of Possession of Crack Cocaine, Driving While Suspended, and Improper Driving on a Laned Roadway. Vicinte Walker Jr. and Shawn D. Hughes were both arrested on suspicion of Possession of Crack Cocaine.

The arrests occurred about 10:50 p.m. Thursday.
