Eva Marie Zumbrunn, a former resident of the Chapman community, passed away Saturday, August 31 at Memorial Hospital in Abilene at age 92.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 4 at the Chapman United Methodist Church with Rev. Kenneth Trickle, Jr. officiating. Burial will be at the Indian Hill Cemetery, Chapman. The family will receive friends 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 3. The Londeen Funeral Chapel will be opening for visitation beginning at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Memorials may be given to the Chapman United Methodist Church, the Irish Foundation or to the Memorial of the donor’s choice sent in care of the Londeen Funeral Chapel, Box 429, Chapman, KS 67431.

She is survived by three nephews: Jack Leatherman and his wife Lois of Lawrence, KS, Ted Odle and his wife Gwen of Lake Whales, FL and John Odle and his wife Barbara of Kingwood, TX; a niece Suzanna Rhodes, Albuquerque, NM; and her caring neighbors George Havice and family, Abilene.
