The Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for their annual Crossroads of Leadership program coming up in November.

The program kicks off in November with a two-day retreat and the runs through May, meeting once a month.

“Crossroads of Leadership is an opportunity for, whether you’re a young leader, a person that has been identified in your company as a potential leader, or even someone who has been around awhile but just doesn’t seem to know a lot about how the City or the County work,” explained Dennis Beson, Chamber CEO.

The cost to participate in the program is $350 for chamber members or $400 for non-members.

Each meeting will have a different focus ranging from how the City of Junction City operates, how Geary County operates, along with a focus on area agriculture and big business in Junction City/Geary County.
