The Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting for No. 105 Bliss Bistro was a downtown business highlight in the community on Wednesday.

Tammy Moritz owns the business at 105 West 7th Street.

She noted for another upscale restaurant downtown. “This is fresh, and I like to say it’s fine dining between bread.” Moritz also noted she grew up on 7th Street. “So to come full circle and now be on 7th Street again completes my life.”
