The set up work for the blues and barbecue festival, “Jammin In JC,” is scheduled to begin on Thursday.

Coordinator Bob Cevera explained barricades blocking off streets around the Heritage Park area will be set up Thursday morning. “We’re going to have 6th Street from Washington to Jefferson, 5th Street from Washington to Jefferson, and then Jefferson from 5th to 6th will all be blocked off.”

The actual celebration is Friday night and Saturday.
