The Wakefield Bombers cross country team finished second out of eight squads in the Tescott Invitational.

Brock Barrett of Wakefield led all individual runners with a first place time of 19:07.  Teammage Johnathan Bowen finished fifth in 19:34.

Bennington won the meet championship with the low team score of 33 points. Wakefield was second with 47 points.

In girls competition Sierra Otto finished fourth in junior varsity competition with a time of 31:27, and Cassidy Tilley sixth in the junior varsity race in 34:29.
