Heavy rain swept through Junction City late Monday afternoon and evening.

Police are not reporting any damage problems.

In Manhattan there was flash flooding of multiple streets, and Westar Energy has reported that 71 customers were without electricity. Traffic on Bluemont Avenue and 4th Street had to be shut down due to high water. There was an overturned vehicle at 4th and Laramie.
